Official Remix Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY. This contest is open to individuals who are [e.g., 18+] years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Soulspazm and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. CONTEST PERIOD. Entries must be submitted between May 8th, 2026 and May 21st, 2026. All entries must be received by the end time to be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, you must:

  • Follow @JohnBrowntheRapper on Instagram.

  • Repost the official contest video to your feed or story (must be a public account).

  • Submit your original verse via https://www.johnbrowntherapper.com/extraordinaryremix.
    By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP.

  • Grant of Rights: By submitting an entry, you grant Soulspazm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute your verse as part of the official remix on all streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music).

  • Originality: You represent and warrant that your verse is your own original work and does not infringe upon the copyrights or trademarks of any third party.

  • Winner Agreement: The selected winner may be required to sign a formal Work-for-Hire or Assignment of Rights agreement to finalize their inclusion on the official release.

6. WINNER SELECTION. One (1) winner will be selected based on [e.g., creativity, flow, and lyrical content] from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced live on May 22nd. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within [e.g., 48 hours], an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Soulspazm and Instagram from any and all liability or claims arising from the contest.
